Cloth Alternative to Pull-ups

So your youngster is staying dry for longer periods of time? Even asking to sit on the potty? Ready to switch from diapers to "big boy/girl" pants? Potty learning can be a fun and adventurous time (yes, really!) if you approach it with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and the knowledge that it can be messy, and a "2 steps forward, 1 step back" process. Children should feel motivated to learn, not pressured. So, take your cues from your child, and if you both decide it's time to Potty Learn, you'll be in need of some good training pants!
Just in time for Earth Day, why not "Go Green" and try reusable trainers?? They are fun, soft (not crunchy and crinkly) and are most like "real" underwear!! They can be made with a waterproof layer, or just extra absorbency in the "wet zone". I also make each pair with hidden side snaps, to ensure the underwear look, while making messy changes easy!! You asked for it, you got it! Adjustable Diapers!!

A customer recently visited my shop, and asked if I could make some newborn diapers for her friend's baby shower. "Sure!" I said. Then the customer asked if I could make them so that they would fit for a long time, as newborns tend to outgrow everything they wear in the first 2 weeks. Hmmm excellent point..."Let me see what I can do"
So after fooling around with paper and pencil and ruler, I came up with a diaper that adjusts with snaps, to fit a tiny newborn hiney, as well as a chunky 18 pounder! The adjustable covers, were the next logical step! :o)

Soft and snuggly, cute, functional and good for the environment! Go Green and Go Cloth! These diapers put crispy, scratchy "paper" diapers to shame! Did you know, that it takes up to 25 years for a disposable diaper to BEGIN decomposing?? And, it's actually illegal to leave the "poo" IN the diaper, when throwing it away?? So, if ya gotta dump it before you toss it, why not toss it in the washer, instead?? Free up our quickly over flowing landfills, and help keep our Earth, a little greener ☺
